Collection & Delivery


To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check our delivery service to your area by inputting your postcode in the delivery checker before using the ordering service


Limited Service


So to make sure your Owl meals and beverages are loved and looked after during their journey to you, we are personally delivering everything ourselves. This means that initially we can only offer a limited amount of deliveries per week to selection of Leeds postcodes.


Similarly, because of social distancing rules, we are only able to offer a limited amount of collection slots too.


We are hoping and planning on extending these numbers and reach as soon as we are able, so please bear with us.


To be notified when new delivery postcodes and menus are released, please sign up to receive our news and we’ll let you know the moment there’s anything to report back to you.


Delivery days


Each week we have schedules a particular day on which we will be delivering in your area. Deliveries will take place between 9am and 7pm each day.


Delivery cancelations or changes to orders


The particular day we are able to deliver to you each week is fixed and communicated to you during the check out process and can not be changed.


If you are out when we deliver, we will call you and are able to wait up to 5 minutes before leaving your delivery either on the door step, or in a designated safe place.


Collection days


When you make a purchase, you will be asked to select a date and time from the remaining available slots.


Collection date and time changes


Once you have completed your order, it can not be guaranteed that we will be able to move the collection date or time. This will depend on availability. If you need to change any collection details, email requests for changes will be 48 hours before the collection date and time and we will see what we can do. If the timeframe is less, we can not guarantee we will be able to change and your payment may be lost.




Our menus change every week and are subject to substitutions depending on produce availability. The menus available each week can not be ordered for delivery for any alternative dates/weeks.


Allergens and dietary


We currently do not cater for any specific dietary requirements and advise that all of our meals may contain any of the following allergens: Nuts, Gluten, Fish/Shellfish, Dairy, Egg.


We are unable to remove any item or amend any of our dishes.




The Owl is located on Fish and Game Row in Leeds’ Kirkgate Market. The nearest entrance to us is accessed via New York Street, opposite the Post office. Once inside the market, turn left at Timpson’s and we are located next door.


We have two collection windows. Please choose one, inform us of your name and we’ll grab your order, check the contents with your and then you can hot tail it home.




The parking rules around the market are changing, almost on a daily basis, so we are unable to suggest the best place to park. When this changes we will let you know, but being located in the city centre, there will be a number of options for you.
